Welcome to Etilly.
By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use Etilly.

1. About Etilly

Etilly is an educational planning platform that helps parents, guardians, educators, and schools create personalized planners and learning experiences.

Etilly provides inspiration, structure, and planning support. We do not replace formal education or professional educational advice.

2. Eligibility

By using the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

3. Account registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account using email or a third-party login (such as Google).

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login information secure
  • All activity under your account

4. Free and paid services

Etilly offers:

  • An introductory membership offer for new users.
  • A paid subscription that allows unlimited use

Subscription details, pricing, and billing terms are clearly displayed on the website.

You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Access remains available until the end of the paid period.
No refunds are provided for unused subscription periods unless required by applicable law.

5. Use of the service

You agree to use Etilly only for lawful, personal, educational, and respectful purposes.

You may not:

  • Misuse, interfere with, or disrupt the platform or services
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
  • Use automated tools, bots, scraping methods, or similar technologies to copy or extract content from Etilly
  • Use Etilly for unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading activities
  • Reproduce, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit generated content or platform materials without written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

6. Educational content & AI

Etilly uses artificial intelligence (AI) as one of several technologies to help generate personalized educational content.

All generated content is intended for informational, inspirational, and educational support purposes only.

While we strive to provide thoughtful, age-appropriate, and useful content, Etilly does not guarantee that all generated content will always be accurate, complete, safe, appropriate, or suitable for every learner, household, educational environment, or situation.

Parents, guardians, educators, and users remain fully responsible for reviewing, supervising, adapting, and determining the suitability and safety of all generated content, activities, recommendations, recipes, outdoor activities, sensory play suggestions, and educational materials.

Etilly does not provide medical, psychological, legal, nutritional, or safety advice, and does not guarantee specific educational outcomes.

7. Intellectual property

All platform content, branding, text, visuals, generated templates, design elements, educational structures, and materials available through Etilly are owned by Etilly or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

Users may use generated plans and materials for personal, family, classroom, or educational purposes only.

Users may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or commercially exploit content from Etilly
  • Copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, scrape, or replicate the platform or its systems

Use Etilly content, generated materials, prompts, or structures to train artificial intelligence models or competing services without written permission.

Users retain ownership of information they provide to generate planners.

Because every planner is generated dynamically, content may vary between generations even when similar input is provided.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Etilly available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may:

  • Update features
  • Modify or discontinue parts of the service
  • Update these Terms when necessary
  • Suspend accounts in cases of fraud or abuse.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Etilly and its owners, affiliates, employees, partners, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the platform, website, services, or generated content.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Educational decisions or outcomes
  • Technical interruptions or downtime
  • Loss of data
  • Inaccuracies in generated content
  • Use of recipes, activities, outdoor suggestions, sensory play materials, or educational recommendations
  • Allergic reactions, injuries, or incidents resulting from the use of generated activities or materials

Users remain solely responsible for supervising children and determining the suitability and safety of all activities and recommendations including activities involving food, outdoor exploration, sensory materials, craft supplies, or natural elements.

In all cases, the total liability of Etilly shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to Etilly during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Users remain responsible for complying with local laws and safety regulations applicable to their activities.

10. Disclaimer


Etilly is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the platform will always meet every user’s expectations or requirements.
Users use the platform and generated content at their own discretion and risk.

11. Privacy

Your use of Etilly is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data.

12. International users

Etilly is operated internationally.
Users agree that their data may be processed in accordance with applicable international data protection laws. Including the GDPR where applicable.

13. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of Etilly shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

14. Acceptable Use


Users may not use Etilly to generate:

  • discriminatory content
  • illegal content
  • harmful content
